EEOC 2011 Conference presented by EEOC & UNT-Department of Management
EEOC 2011 Conference, "No Longer Skirting the Issue: Pay Inequalities for Pink Collar, White Collar and Gold Collar Employees."
The EEOC will present strategies to increase your organization's competitive advantage, ways to combat unconscious bias and guidelines for optimal job negotiating. In addressing pay inequalities and other hot topic issues from the employer and employee perspective, your organizations' representation would be a rewarding addition to our event.
This event presents an opportunity for those seeking HRCI accreditation credit ($50 fee for 5 hours/.5 CEU) and time to network with other organizations as well as the EEOC area director, graduating seniors, master's candidates and other professionals.
You will also receive a resume book of superior North Texas graduate and undergraduate students.
This is an APPLIED workshop which pledges to "give you your money's worth."
Upon receiving your registration and payment (cash or check on or before April 22, 2011), the University of North Texas chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Department of Management will provide you the final agenda and the bios of the speakers.
