My job is to make sure the patient has the best possible experience. Whether it's answering calls, greeting patients, or discussing treatment plans and financial options, I strive to do it with professionalism and compassion. I also support the doctors and the rest of the team with whatever they need.

My favorite part of my job is knowing I can play a role in immediately impacting someone's life in a positive manner. Whether it's helping a patient get relief from a toothache, or assisting a team member get through their busy day as an extra set of hands. I find joy in helping others have a better day!
