Estate Villas at Krum is looking for a Part-Time Leasing Agent who's ready to be the friendly face of our community. You'll be the first person future residents meet, and you'll help them picture their next chapter right here in Krum. If you're creative, driven, and genuinely enjoy helping people find a place to call home, this is your spot.
What You'll Be Doing
Turning Visitors Into Neighbors
- Welcome prospects with a big smile and give tours that make them fall in love with our homes, amenities, and the Krum community.
- Jump on calls, online leads, and emails fast, and follow up like a pro.
- Close the deal! Secure applications, deposits, and signed leases with confidence.
Getting the Word Out
- Bring fresh marketing ideas to life, from eye-catching social media posts to standout online listings and local outreach.
- Build connections with nearby employers, schools, and businesses to keep referrals flowing.
- Keep tabs on the local market and what competitors in the Krum and Denton County area are offering.
- Walk the property daily to make sure every model, vacant unit, and common area is tour-ready and looking its best.
Keeping Things Running Smoothly
- Process applications, verify income and employment, and run credit and background checks.
- Stay organized with guest cards, traffic logs, and leasing reports in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, OneSite, or BlueMoon).
- Make move-in day a breeze with polished move-in packets and seamless key handoffs.
Making Residents Want to Stay
- Help plan fun community events and support renewal and retention efforts that keep our residents happy for the long haul.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of apartment leasing and marketing experience (sales, customer service, or hospitality background is a bonus!)
- A natural talent for connecting with people and building rapport
- A proven ability to close leases and hit occupancy goals
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and social media; property management software experience is a plus
- Availability for about 24 hours per week, including some Saturdays
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework or a Texas real estate license is a plus)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish? That's a big bonus!
