Understanding financial statements are absolutely essential for business owners and entrepreneurs. The basic financial statements summarize the financial position of a business and are the perfect tools for financial decision making. This workshop will introduce the basics of how to read, understand, and interpret the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows. Key Points:
- Recognizing the information included in each of the financial statements and how it’s used by different decision-makers.
- Identifying a company’s business activities and how they are reported in the financial statements.
- Understanding how financial statements are interrelated and used to assess financial health.
