Take the First Step

A 5K/1 Mile Fun Run event to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease and get the community active.  This event is hosted through the Denton County Health Department and is a fun and free event for everyone.  Bags will be passed out to each participant containing information and resources for an active and healthy lifestyle.  This event is a good way to start your journey to an active and healthy lifestyle, have fun and meet others in the community!
