Hospice and Palliative Essential (HOPE) Conference
A One-Day Conference for Physicians, Physician's Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, and others interested in improving their knowledge and skills in end-of-life care. Conference topics will be presented by physician experts in hospice and palliative care. We are pleased to announce that Dr. Ron Crossno, President of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine will be one of the presenters. CME's and CEU's will be provided.
