First Time Homebuyer 101
If you're considering buying your first home sometime soon or far in the future, these classes are available to you!
The Community Services Department has teamed up with a local lender/realtor duo to provide free First Time Homebuyer 101 classes. These classes go over the basics of the homebuying process, what to expect, and resources that are available to first time homebuyers to make homeownership possible. In addition to other programs, this class reviews the City's own Homebuyer Assistance Program which can provide up to $50,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance for low-to-moderate-income first time homebuyers looking to buy in Denton.
