Autumn Leaves of Denton Alzheimer's and Memory Care Assisted Living is celebrating our five year anniversary! Please join us on Thursday, September 24, 2015 for food, beverages, entertainment and door prizes. This will be a come and go event from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with free valet parking available. Please come on by and celebrate our first five years.
