All fitness levels are welcome to participate in any of these activities. \n\n	Then reward yourself for an active Saturday morning with an after-party at Benessere Active!\n\n	\n\n	Our Saturdays in the Park series is offered as a compliment to Benessere Active's "Let's Move! Denton County" initiative benefiting The American Heart Association & American Diabetes Association.
