North Central Texas College is accepting applications for a Recruitment Assistant; Part Time; Corinth, Texas
The Recruitment Assistant supports the goals of the Recruitment Department through administrative responsibilities.
High School Diploma or GED
Two years related experience.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Must possess a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to ask for work during slow office traffic times.
  • Attention to detail, productive, reliable, confidentiality, good communication skills.
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls about the college and perform outgoing calls for prospective student calling campaigns
  • Accurately enter student information into various systems
  • Mail requested materials to community constituents
  • Keep inventory of all recruitment supplies.
  • Maintain calendar and recruitment visit log.
  • Schedule group tours for all campuses.
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to students.
Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.  However, hours may need to be adjusted to best meet the needs of the department and the college.  This position is a part time position that works no more than 19 hours per week.
