Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to students and the community while keeping in compliance with Federal, State and Institutional regulations.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Process Admissions documents.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
• Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to students.
• Answer written communications to provide information and resolve problems.
• Open, sort and process incoming mail.

Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-noon. This position is a part time position that works no more than 19 hours per week.
