2023 - 2024 Ribbon Cutting Request Form

Please provide the following information so that we may arrange a Denton Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting for your business. Please review the Ribbon Cutting Guidelines (https://bit.ly/6stepsribboncutting) prior to completing this form.

PLEASE NOTE: Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies are a benefit of a Denton Chamber Investment in GOOD STANDING (no invoices past 30 days due) at the BusinessBUILDER level or higher. To learn more about membership, please contact hank@denton-chamber.org.

If your business is not a member of the Denton Chamber, we offer Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies at $1,000. You will be invoiced for the amount upon contact from a Chamber staff member. Your date will not be added to the calendar until payment is received.

Please note: You must schedule your ceremony with the Chamber with at least 4 weeks advance notice. Events are scheduled based upon availability. Ribbon cuttings are conducted Monday - Thursday, at 11:00am or 4:00pm. Ribbon Cutting ceremonies are typically conducted within a 30 minute timeframe. The Chamber cannot guarantee the number of guests in attendance. Also, no other events should already be scheduled (check our Chamber events calendar: https://business.denton-chamber.org/events/calendar/) and the location of your Ribbon Cutting should be in the Denton area.

I understand that the Chamber will only schedule my ribbon cutting/groundbreaking Monday - Thursday, at 11:00am or 4:00pm and that no other events are scheduled on the day of my requested ceremony (check our Chamber events calendar: business.denton-chamber.org/events/calendar). *
